Given my background in academia, I enjoy opportunities to share mental health education and resources with others, and can do so in interactive and engaging individual and group settings. If you are interested in individual or small group consultation or training, I provide this service at my hourly rate of $215/hr. I can do one-time consultation meetings, or we can establish regular ongoing consultation.

I have given presentations on a range of topics, including training other providers in exposure therapy and how to treat body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), as well as presentations to general audiences about how caregivers can take care of their own health while caring for others, and general coping skills to address stress and trauma across a range of populations.
